As you know, the activities I'm posting here are NOT due or included in the grade. The activities are for maintaining your skills and knowledge. It's recommended you participate in these activities so we can quickly get back to graded work when we return to school. For the few who may not be able to complete this, I will not rely on this as foundational knowledge when we return to school without giving you an opportunity to catch up.
This week you will examine the end of WWII, including the decision to drop the atomic bomb on Japan, and the origins of the Cold War.

Activity 2: Examine two historical narratives of the bombing of Hiroshima and decide which you support.
Activity 3: Read and take notes on Chapter 37 - the Aftermath of WWII (like homework notes).
Activity 4: Watch the "Best Years" episode of "The Century: Decades of Change" and answer the questions on the worksheet.
